We understand that sometimes shopping online can be a little tricky when it comes to size and fit. So if you purchase something from Belle Armoire and it’s a little big or a little small, it’s no problem. We will try our hardest to provide you with a size that will work for you or in the event that we can’t, we will provide you with a store credit (to the value of your original purchase) to use toward your next purchase.

How to Return

  1. Call Belle Armoire on (02) 63600661 and we will issue you with a Return Authorization number.
  2. Post the item back to us in original condition (not worn, not washed, with tags still attached) within 10 days of receiving the item.
  3. Don’t forget to include the receipt! We won’t accept a return if this is missing.

Belle Armoire reserves the right to refuse a return of an item if it is not returned in what we deem original condition.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We will not accept returns on the following purchases:

  1. Swimwear
  2. Earrings
  3. Sale Items
  4. International Purchases

Faulty Items
A faulty item means is an item that is received damaged or there is a manufacturing fault noticed within a reasonable timeframe. If an item becomes damaged through general wear and tear it is not classed as faulty. To return a faulty item you will need to:

  1. Call Belle Armoire on (02) 63600661 and we will issue you with a Return Authorization number.
  2. Post the item back to us.
  3. If possible include the original receipt.

We will do our best to replace or repair the faulty item and if this is not possible you will have the option to receive a store credit or a full refund.
